Adenyo Buuys MoVoxx

Mobile marketing software company Adenyo has acquired MoVoxx, a mobile advertising company whose ads currently reach over 40m unique users in the US. All MoVoxx employees will join the Adenyo team.

Adenyo says the acquisition is a strategic addition to its mobile marketing offering. It says the integration of MoVoxx’s technologies will create a mobile marketing platform that gives advertisers an opportunity to engage and foster customer conversations through a complete and seamless set of tools.

MoVoxx’s mobile media product suite includes SMS, in-app and display advertising. The company’s GeoSense and MobileTrace technologies power location-based campaigns for digital agencies, national brands and local merchants, with post-click analytics tools to optimize mobile user engagement within targeted audience subsets.
