Adobe announces new partner integrations, and teams with Microsoft to break into China

As part of its Adobe Summit annual conference, enterprise and creative software leader Adobe has unveiled its latest series of partnerships, bringing its total global partner ecosystem to more than 5,000 agencies, systems integrators and technology partners.

Among the new partner integrations, 40 new Adobe Cloud Platform Launch partner extensions and additions to the Adobe Exchange marketplace were Informatica, SnapLogic, Invoca, ObservePoint, Hootsuite, Unifi Software and Branch.

“We believe that data and content are the building blocks of any great customer experience and only Adobe offers an open platform and rich ecosystem to help with both,” said Amit Ahuja, vice president of Experience Cloud partners for Adobe. “More and more partners are joining Adobe in its mission to make Experience Business a reality. At Adobe Summit, we are showcasing how, together, we are creating more value for our customers and accelerating innovation.”

Adobe also announced that it was stepping forward its global partnership with Microsoft, which began back in 2016, with a push into China. The move will see the companies working with global brands to deliver personalised experiences to Chinese consumers across a variety of touchpoints.

The extended partnership will also involve native technology integrations between Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Azure, Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Power BI. By expanding into China, Adobe’s Experience Cloud will be made globally available, running on Microsoft Azure and operated by carrier-neutral cloud provider 21Vianet.

More than 60 brands around the world already use Adobe and Microsoft’s joint solutions, including 24 Hour Fitness, W.B.Mason and AAA Northeast. The two firms will continue to work with brands to help them envision and implement integrated solutions.
