Market insight firm Skopos has launched its appTmizer service, which is intended to help brands test that their apps run smoothly and are user-friendly.
The service incorporates qualitative – with app users observed in situ and interviewed afterwards about their app experience – and quantative – including surveys and user ratings – research.
“appTmizer packages our expertise into a unique service created for brands to deliver optimised mobile experiences, whether native app or web app,” said Skopos chief consultant Darren Mark Noyce. “The system is being used to provide insight both during development and pre-testing, and post launch.”
One of appTmizer’s first clients is Daimler, which used the service pre-launch for its lifestyle app.
