Arantech Unveils CustomerWorld

Arantech, which specializes in Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, has launched its CustomerWorld CEM solution. Arantech says CustomerWorld helps mobile network operators (MNOs) gain a more detailed understanding of their customers, so they can better predict and influence customer behaviour. It does so by providing insight that was previously not available to the business. It also ensures that this insight is put to use to maximise and enhance the customer experience.
CustomerWorld  ProFiler enables the creation of profiles based on customer experiences, says Arantech Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, James Doyle. These profiles enable you to define behavioural segments which delivers greater value to your business and marketing stakeholders. Should a customer match a profile criteria it is possible to preempt this behaviour with a proactive customer management action with CustomerWorld ProAction.
CustomerWorld ProAction is already live at three Tier 1 mobile operator sites, and according to Arantech, has delivered an ROI within six months. CustomerWorld ProFiler is currently coming to the end of its first beta deployment phase with a Tier 1 European MNO and will have its full commercial launch this quarter.
Arantech supplies CEM systems to 33 mobile operators worldwide, including group deals with four of the six largest mobile operator groups in the world, serving in excess of 250 million mobile subscribers. It supplies a range of CEM products – including its flagship product touchpoint – and consultancy services, to help customers build a customer-centric management strategy.
