Chat marketing tech firm BetterBrand has launched its ChatSuite platform, which enables audiences to get specific information and services through their preferred messaging platform. It’s designed to help global publishers, brands and agencies use conversational technology to build new audiences, and distribute personalised content and engaging experiences to followers and fans, regardless of their preferred service. The company has also announced Chad Estes’ appointment as EVP of product development.
