Buongiorno Launches Lumata B2B Services Company

Private equity firm Francisco Partners and mobile content company Buongiorno have launched Lumata, a new company focused on serving the B2B mobile marketing sector.

Lumata combines Buongiornos services aimed at operators, brands, and manufacturers under one single brand. 

Launching today, Lumata will operate globally from 15 offices with more than 500 employees. It will be headed by former Clearwire executive and Match.com CEO Thomas Enraght-Moony.
