Chelsea Football Club has partnered with HotelTonight, a mobile app that offers discounted hotel accommodation up to a week in advance, to provide Stamford Bridge stadium-goers with location-based hotel deals during and after matches.
Beginning with Arsenal’s trip to the Bridge on 4 February, Chelsea's first mobile app partnership will also extend to other English Premier League stadiums for The Blues' away games, and include in-stadium advertising with digital and social campaigns featuring Chelsea stars.
"Chelsea FC is an iconic global brand with incredibly loyal supporters who come from far and wide, and attending matches can often spontaneously turn from a day into a night or weekend," said HotelTonight's CMO Ray Elias.
In addition to location-based hotel deals, Chelsea fans will also have the chance to win prizes, if Chelsea score in the last seven minutes of a match, and supporters on the HT Perks loyalty program will receive ‘exclusive access opportunities’.
