CellTrust Buys RevMobile

Secure mobile messaging and communications firm CellTrust Corporation has bought mobile marketing firm, RevMobile.

CellTrust operates an SMS gateway that provides connections to more than 800 mobile operators across over 200 countries, as well as turnkey shortcode provisioning and campaign reporting. The acquisition will enable CellTrust to expand its mobile marketing platform to include RevMobile’s oferings, including the VMarketer white-label marketing platform, which enables marketing and advertising agencies to build and run scalable, end-to-end email and text message marketing campaigns.
