Cheil UK appoints its first head of mobile

Cheil UK, the British arm of the global advertising group, has appointed Kim de Ruiter as its first head of mobile.

De Ruiter joins from Noise Inc, where she was founder and partner. She was previously head of mobile and business development at Mercury Record, and has also worked at Universal Music.

In the role, De Ruiter's remit is to formulate Cheil UK’s mobile strategy to include mobile marketing, campaign development and innovation.
