Control YouTube TV with Your Phone

Handy Youtube demo videoYouTube users can now control videos on their TV from their smartphone or tablet. The new one-touch pairing feature in the Android app enables Google TV owners to send videos from their device to view in HD on the big screen.

While the video is playing, the handset can be used to start building a playlist. Multiple devices can be used simeltaneously over the same wi-fi connection.
The feature is initially available on Bang & Olufsen, LG, Panasonic and Sony TVs with Google integration. Philips, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, Vizio, Western Digital are coming later this year. It will be demonstrated at CES in Las Vegas next week.
