Ektron Releases The Mobile Maturity Model

Ektron has released its Mobile Maturity Model, a whitepaper outlining a model to help businesses understand how effectively they are using mobile as a customer channel, as well as to create a roadmap for future mobile efforts.

The whitepaper outlines the four levels of Ektron's Mobile Maturity Model, and presents the 'Mobiel First' doctrine, with recommendations on how companies can progress towards being mobile-friendly.
