Ikano Delivers Loyalty App Scheme to Retailers
Ikano is launching a cross-platform smartphone app alongside a mobile site that delivers loyalty schemes to retail clients with an integrated mobile campaign to optimise CRM.
The app, created by Incentivated, enables retailers to send offers and vouchers direct to their customers, as well as providing a solution for issuing customer loyalty cards which increase retail spend in manufacture and distribution. Through the mobile scheme, customers are issued with a loyalty card number and barcode which can be used in-store as well checking for account balances with the app.
“Mobile will be a key retail channel for consumers in the coming years, and our new mobile CRM strategy will add value to our clients and their offer to consumers,” says Lindsey Ulanowsky, head of client services and marketing of Ikano. “We have partnered with Incentivated for the delivery of this strategy, as it’s a recognised industry leader for mobile marketing.”
Ikano is formerly part of Ikea home furnishings group and currently provides loyalty schemes for clients including Jaeger, New Look, Monsoon, and DFS.
