Mach Speeds Roaming Service Launches
Cloud communications company Mach has launched a service with the aim of enabling companies which using roaming services to launch into the market more quickly.
The Roaming Implementation Manager streamlines many of the steps required to launch a new roaming service, traditionally a laborious undertaking, and can shave as much as 20 per cent from the process, according to Mach.
An online reporting module provides operational dashboards, allowing management to check on progress and identify any bottlenecks holding up the implementation process.
“Mach already helps numerous operators across the globe to manage, monitor and optimize their roaming relationships, so we feel the next logical step is to help them establish those relationships in the first place," says Mach's SVP, market offering, Rasmus Holst. "A combination of Mach’s significant expertise and heritage in roaming, coupled with direct input from the people responsible for launching new partnerships, has allowed us to build an intuitive tool which can reduce administrative overheads by up to 20 per cent. For operators, this means new roaming revenue opportunities can be capitalised upon more quickly, giving them a head start on their competitors.”
