Rita’s Ice Packs a Punchh

US frozen dessert chain Rita’s Ice has joined forces with social loyalty platform Punchh to launch a mobile rewards program.

Through the retailer's app, users will be able to earn 'punches' whenever they make a purchase or refer a friend. The scheme will be available at all 625 Rita's locations in the US.

Additionally, customers will be able to write reviews about their experience at Rita’s, and find the nearest Rita’s location using the store finder feature.

“Rita’s Ice fans are loyal customers and now we can engage them with Punchh,” said Rita’s Ice CEO Jonathan Fornaci. “We looked at lots of loyalty partners and selected Punchh for its flexible social loyalty platform that is important to a large chain like ours.”
