Shangri-La Makes Room for iOS App
Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has launched an iOS app for its guests. The app features mobile booking options, and is linked into Shangri-La’s Golden Circle rewards program, enabling users to sign up, manage their account, and redeem points.
The app also features integration with social media, a built in QR scanner for retrieving offers, and LBS functionality to provide guests with the number for their nearest customer support.
“We realize how valuable it is to build an interactive relationship with our guests and members, and that’s why Shangri-La is offering them additional touch points through this first generation of our new mobile app,” says Wee Kee Ng, Shangri-La’s director of corporate loyalty and partner marketing.
