Sky Brings Now TV Streaming to iOS

Sky's movie streaming service Now TV has arrived on iOS. Now TV enables users to watch Sky's available range of films without the need for a satellite TV subscription –  titles can be rented individually; alternatively, users can pay a monthly subscription for unlimited access.

NowTV launched last month online, with a web app which could be accessed on desktops and the odd Android handset.

For now, it's just films - no great shakes, given that Lovefilm and Netflix already have their own apps offering the same service - but Sky promises it will be adding live Sky Sports content to the service in the coming months, followed by programmes from its Sky One, Atlantic, Arts and Living channels.
