Somo appointed by Shop Direct for mobile consultancy

Somo has been appointed to provide mobile consultancy across the Shop Direct Group’s three core brands – Very.co.uk, Littlewoods and isme.

This is the first time that the online and catalogue retailer has appointed a mobile partner and Somo will help the Group to improve its mobile shopping experience.

"About a third of traffic on our sites is from mobile devices and mobile is increasingly important to us as a business," said Jonathan Wall, Shop Direct Group’s eCommerce director.

"Whichever channel a customer chooses, we want their shopping experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.”
