Twitter Revamps Search and Discover on Mobile

Twitter has announced a number of tweaks to give its iPhone and Android users more dynamic content.

Mobile users can now preview photos and article summaries without tapping into the Discover section or search results.

Like the online Discover feature, mobile users can ‘View all Tweets’ to see a continuous stream of news, photos and other stories shared by the people in their network.

When searching for a person, an event or a hashtag, users can now see a grid of the most relevant media above the stream of Tweets. Search results, including  photos, videos and article summaries will be wrapped into a ‘social context’.

Users can understand what's resonating in their network by seeing the details of favorited Tweets displayed within the Tweet itself.

Users will also be able to email Tweets directly from Twitter with the ‘more’ button that will be added next to ‘reply’ and ‘retweet’.
