Critical Path Buys ShoZu

ShoZu has been bought by Critical Path, which provides messaging software and services, for an undisclosed sum. The company says the acquisition of ShoZus mobile social media services significantly advances its delivery of consumer-focused mobile and social networking solutions across the entire range of mobile platforms.
