Cyber-Duck Introduces Glossary App for User Experience Jargon

ux companionDigital agency Cyber-Duck has launched an app aimed at offering a comprehensive glossary of user experience (UX) terms and theory, providing clear, easy-to-grasp introductions to core design concepts and techniques.

The free app, UX Companion, is designed to demystify the jargon by summarising UX terms and methods. Each article opens with a succinct introduction before continuing to explain the term or topic in more depth, with tips on practical use and links to external resources. Initially the app includes 50 articles, but will continue to receive additional material.

Cyber-Duck hopes the app will reach a variety of users, from designers hoping to enhance the effectiveness of their work to students learning about the digital industry and marketers who want to explore their digital agencies technical processes.

UX Companion is a very useful guide for the user experience community and is the first app to offer a complete glossary of UX design concepts,” said Danny Bluestone, managing director of Cyber-Duck. “At Cyber-Duck, we believe in demystifying the UX field so everyone, regardless of their level of expertise, can learn more about UX and help to make projects better.”
