Amazon-owned streaming service Twitch has launched a Free Games with Prime program to formalize its practice of giving away free games and in-game content to Twitch Prime subscribers.

According to Gamespot.com, Twitch Prime members – Amazon Prime members get a free Twitch Prime membership – were due to receive a free copy of Shadow Tactics this week after that game was voted as the one to give away as part of the Twitch Prime Indie Amplifier promotion. In fact, they will also receive another free game Tales from Candlekeep: Tomb of Annihilation, today. 

Twitch will also bring back two of its best free games from previous promotions, Superhot and Oxenfree, and also offer one more game it hasnt given away before, Mr. Shifty. All five games will be available for free to Prime members until 31 March.

Another five games – Tales from the Borderlands, SteamWorld Dig 2, Kingsway, Tokyo 42, and Dubwars – will go free for Prime members on 1 April.
Users will be able to keep the games permanently, and Twitch confirmed to Gamespot that it will continue to offer free games monthly on an ongoing basis.
