GTECH Acquires Probability for £17.5m

GTECH has acquired mobile gambling firm Probability at the price of £0.50 per share – equivalent to a total value of around £17.5m.
GTECH is a subsidary of the Lottomatica group, which controls 63 per cent of the worlds online lottery business.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by mid-2014. 
At 11am today, Probability is hosting a webinar in partnership with Mobile Marketing to discuss the findings of a survey conducted among 2,000 of its users.
