Neuralitic’s SevenFlow mobile marketing solution, which makes unstructured data into small and usable data sets, will be used to provide Guavus’ big data clients with information on how to generate new revenue streams. This is particularly geared towards mobile subscriber acquisition, conversion and retention.

The deal closed on 5 December and the acquisition is effective immediately. Guavus willl now have international offices in Montreal, where Neuralitic is based.
Guavus, already a big data analytics provider for three of the top five mobile carriers in the US, including Sprint, received a $30m round of funding last week.
