Guildhall Galleries Deploys Mobikats Beura Beacon Platform

App and beacon developer Mobikats Enterprise has announced the rollout of its Buera Beacon Platform at Guildhall Galleries in London, aiming to bring a deeper understanding of the exhibitions to visitors.
The beacon solution has been installed in the City of London Heritage Gallery, the Guildhall Art Gallery and Guildhall Library Exhibition Space, all of which see thousands of visitors each year. 
“Our goal in installing Mobikats iBeacons through the galleries is to harness technology and better inform our public,” said Nick Bodger, head of cultural and visitor development at the City of London Corporation. “Its early days, but so far the impact on visitors to the galleries with our app seems to indicate weve succeeded.”
