Idomoo and Deutsche Telekom Team for Personalised Video Platform

idomoo videoCustomer personalisation firm Idomoo has expanded its partnership with Deutsche Telekom to implement its Personalised Video Platform for the company and bring unique video content to customers.

Idomoo was tasked with creating personalised videos for thousands of new Deutsche Telekom customers in Hungary, addressing them by name and explaining their first bill in an effort to engage and connect with them, and proactively address any concerns they had.

The videos also aimed to help customers understand their individual plans, encourage them to take advantage of additional services available and teach them about new products they might useful.

“Servicing our customers at the highest level is very important to us,” said Marc Sommer, senior vice president of business development at Deutsche Telekom. “The goal of our partnership with Idomoo was to make the onboarding process as easy and streamlined as possible for our customers through the use of personalised videos. We are very happy about the positive results weve seen from our initial engagement.”

The campaign saw great results from the campaign, with customer engagement rates significantly improved, and 70 per cent of those who received videos watching to the end. Based on the success, Idomoo has developed a template for further first bill videos, eliminating the need for lengthy periods in creative production.

“Idomoo is honoured to have been chosen by Deutsche Telekom to help transform ordinary customer communication into a positive and productive experience,” said Danny Kalish, founder and CTO of Idomoo. “In todays competitive environment, where customers are being aggressively pursued from every direction, our technology provides a dynamic way to engage them, allowing companies to significantly improve customer retention, loyalty and satisfaction as we demonstrated here.”
