As well as its TV home shopping channels, JML operates an online retail presence, which has been seeing increasing traffic from mobile, hence the launch of this mobile site. The site incorporates video functionality, a first for Venda, to include JML’s trademark product demonstrations.
“Mobile forms a large part of our digital strategy and it’s an area that shows no signs of slowing down,” said JML eCommerce manager Jaina Shah. “Having this mobile offering means more choice and convenience for our customers. We’ve seen sales through mobile double since launch and we’re looking forward to continued growth in 2013 and beyond.”
