Making Sense of Programmatic and Proximity Events One Week Away

Making-Sense-alexNext Wednesday will see the first two events in our Making Sense series, looking at the topic of programmatic buying and proximity marketing.

The Making Sense events are designed to educate brands and agencies on the hottest marketing technologies, with expert speakers across the marketing spectrum and the brands who have successfully put these tools to work in their own business.

The series kicks off on 11 June with two half-day events at the Court House Hotel in London. In the morning, we have Making Sense of Programmatic Buying, looking at the technology, which enables advertisers to bid in real time for advertising inventory impression-by-impression. But is programmatic the silver bullet that many claim? Helping us answer that question will be speakers from Angry Birds publisher Rovio, the UK Audit Bureau of Circulations, Nexage and Byyd.

In the afternoon is Making Sense of Proximity Marketing, which will explain how advertisers can drive footfall or simply offer a better-personalised message based on where their customers are, using location targeting via GPS and Bluetooth beacons. Speaking at the event are MobPartner, Tamo, Nodes and Tagpoints.

Both events are free for brands to attend. Register for Programmatic Buying here, and Proximity Marketing here.
