Fashion Designer Astrella Rothberg, daughter of 60s rock legend Donovan, has launched a range of “Musical T’s” that enable consumers to buy the music featured on the t-shirt by scanning a QR code or NFC chip on the clothes tag.
Rothberg has teamed up with the David Lynch Foundation to sell the t-shirts at Bloomingdales (Manhattan & Santa Monica); Sy Devore (Studio City); Scream Famous Clothing (West Hollywood); and Crimson (at the Riviera Palm Springs) for one day, on 24 May to raise money for the Foundation. 
Artists featured on the Musical T’s include Billie Holiday, Brian Setzer, Cyndi Lauper, Drake Bell, Elton John, John Coltrane, John Lee Hooker, Miles Davis, Queen, Ravi Shankar, Thelonious Monk, The Vandals and The Who.
