MWC: Vodafone Portugal Picks Acision

Vodafone Portugal has chosen mobile messaging company Acision to upgrade its messaging infrastructure. Acisions Message Controller and Flexible Gateway will be implemented into the existing infrastructure, also provided by Acision.
