One iota, which specialises in mCommerce and Facebook commerce solutions, has struck a deal with UK payment gateway Sage Pay, which will enable will enable Sage Pay’s 32,000 clients, including National Express, Swift Cover and Sports Direct, to launch mobile and Facebook stores that are fully integrated with their existing payment gateway provider.

The solution will employ One iota’s MESH (Modular Engagement Service Hub) enterprise-grade, PCI-compliant technology platform that delivers commerce solutions for brands and retailers. It offers a single interface that can be rolled out globally for mobile and social platforms.

“We’ve made significant technical investments in recent months in order to integrate with Sage Pay’s payment platform,” says One iota CEO, Damian Hanson. “Sage Pay clients will now be able to extend their eCommerce stores across mobile optimised websites, mobile applications and branded Facebook fan pages, in order to increase their commerce reach and drive profitability.”
