Oracle Acquires Maxymiser

Oracle logo IRLOracle has acquired mobile marketing firm Maxymiser for an undisclosed sum.

Maxymiser provides software for testing and personalising what a customer sees on a web page or mobile app to increase engagement. Its existing clients include Tommy Hilfiger, HSBC and Lufthansa.

Maxymisers capabilities will be integrated into the Oracle Marketing Cloud solution in order to broaden Oracles offering.
