OtherLevels has launched Intelligent Messaging, a customer engagement solution that uses big data and machine learning to determine the optimal channel and message type for reaching each customer.

Intelligent Messaging offers email, SMS, push notifications, rich inbox, interstitials or web browsers, across desktop and mobile web and in-app. The optimum channel is automatically selected based on customer profiles, with retargeting on a different channel if the target is not achieved.
