The ad:tech London exhibition and conference takes place from 21 – 22 September at Olympia, and the organisers, dmg events, are offering a £200 discount to Mobile Marketing readers, reducing the price of a 2-day pass to £595 instead of £795.
There’s a big focus on mobile at this year’s event, with its own dedicated mobile section, the Mobile Marketing Show, supported by the Mobile Marketing Association, featuring a number of mobile marketing firms, including AdMob, Open Market, Netsize, 2ergo, Golden Gekko, Grapple Mobile, BuzzCity and Adfonic.
We are also exhibiting too, on stand 368, and editor David Murphy is speaking on Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 in the Mobile Marketing and Apps theatre. His presentation is entitled: ‘Why no brand can afford to ignore mobile’ and will examine the power of mobile marketing to raise awareness and drive sales, drawing on a number of case studies to show how brands and organisations of all shapes and sizes are using mobile successfully.
Over the course of the two days, in fact, there are no less than 20 mobile marketing presentations, covering everything from mobile application development and mobile couponing to local and location-based advertising.
This year’s event also features the Apps Zone, a chilled-out area of the show where visitors can come and gain valuable insight into the development and distribution of mobile applications.
App experts will be on hand to give advice, share case studies and demonstrate all aspects of mobile apps, from creative and development, to advertising, measurement and gaining visibility for your app in the app stores. Delegates will also have the chance to play with a diverse selection of apps, with varying functionalities, on a wide range of handsets and quiz the people who built them on exactly how the development process works.
