The countdown is truly on to our 2017 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards. Today marks the end of the Early Bird discount period on entries, with just two weeks left to get your submissions in before the deadline on Friday 4 August.

As the entry period comes to a close, we’re happy to announce three new judges who’ll be joining our illustrious panel of industry experts: Mary Keane-Dawson, Sille Opstrup and Lisa Goodchild. They’ll be examining your entries alongside veterans from brands like John Lewis, Trinity Mirror and American Express, and firms including McCann Worldgroup, Somo and Tune.

Mary Keane-Dawson is a digital maven, entrepreneur and business mentor who currently serves as a global ambassador for BIMA, board member of Tech London Advocates and NED, and was recently appointed as global chief executive for performance media at The Marketing Group. She has held c-suite roles at WPP, Steak, Reform and Collective, and co-founded both MyHealthPal, a medical technology startup, and How She Made It, a women’s networking franchise.

Keane-Dawson began her career in advertising on Fleet Street in the late 80s at the dawn of desktop publishing and has been part of the digital revolution ever since, helping to guide several of the world’s largest brands into digital including Ford, John Lewis, British Gas, IBM and Nestle. She is a hugely respected figure in the marketing industry, and was the first woman to chair the Guardian Changing Advertising Summit.

Sille Opstrup is head of digital for Pernod Ricard UK. She is an experienced senior digital director who has worked across leading portfolios including AstraZenecca and M&S, leading inspirational changes at these roles and overseeing tremendous growth before joining Pernod Ricard UK to head up its digital operations and marketing.

Lisa Goodchild is the founder and owner of London-based digital agency and consultancy Digiwoo, which has worked with brands including Easyjet, British Airways, O2, Leon Restaurants and the MOBO Awards. She has an extensive background in marketing and advertising, having served as creative director at Desino Designs and Aigua Media, which she also co-founded.

Our Effective Mobile Marketing Awards are recognised across the industry as a mark of distinction and excellence. Entering this year’s Awards couldn’t be easier: just register here, choose the categories you wish to compete in, and upload your entries.

The winners will be announced in a lavish ceremony on 16 November at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel in London, in what promises to be one of the highlights of the year for the mobile marketing industry. Check out pictures from last year’s Awards Ceremony here, and video from the event here.

We look forward to receiving your entries, and hope you’ll be joining us for the ceremony.
