Restaurant brand Toby Carvery has partnered with software-as-a-service technology provider Eagle Eye to develop a new app that will offer multi-tied rewards to customers, replacing a successful paper stamp card trial and driving increasing customer loyalty.
The app, which launched last month, has already secured over 30,000 downloads and 18,000 registrations, and is available for both iOS and Android users. It includes a digital promotions wallet that showcases a variety of offers and rewards, a restaurant locator and booking feature, and enables users to purchase gift cards digitally.
The app also features an innovative multi-reward digital stamp card which will reward customers for repeat visits on multiple occasions as they fill up the stamp card, enabling Toby Carvery to target customers with personalised offers and rewards based on their engagement and preferences.
"The new app showcases our investment in digital technology and innovative ways to drive customer loyalty and increase sales," said Janet Thompson, head of marketing at Toby Carvery. "Thanks to our partnership with Eagle Eye, we will be able to reward and incentivise our customers much more effectively, allowing us to understand better and provide them with the offers that they want."
"The need to understand consumers and their behaviour is vital for those wanting to exceed customers' expectations and drive long-term loyalty," said Phillip Blundell, CEO of Eagle Eye. "This also offers the opportunity for Toby Carvery to surprise and delight their loyal customers during their visit."
