Twitter has revealed the financial performance of mobile ad exchange MoPub, after acquiring it last month for the sum of $350m.
MoPub reported revenues of $6.5m in H1, 2013, and $2.7m for the year 2012.
Thats some fairly incredible growth. If MoPubs revenues continued at the same rate for the second half of the year, they would be nearly five times higher than last year. 
However, MoPub also reported net losses of $2.8m for H1, and of $8.1m for 2012 – something Twitter will surely be hoping to turn around into profit, given its sizable investment.
