The Vision Test iPhone app created by Bournemouth (UK) based Digital Agency 3 Sided Cube has reached a staggering 250,000 downloads and reached the position of the number one medical app in 29 countries across the world.
The app was released in July and sailed straight to the iTunes number one medical app ranking within days, but it didn’t stop there. Along with the UK, the countries where the app reached number one in the medical category include the US, Australia, Ireland and Canada.
“There is a recipe for creating a successful app,” says 3 Sided Cube managing director, Duncan Cook. “The vast response to our mobile apps shows what’s possible; there is no doubt that businesses that tap into this potential can have huge impact on a global scale.”
