YPlan Hits 500k Downloads After a Year

On the first anniversary of its launch, curated listings app YPlan has passed 500,000 downloads.
YPlan points out that this puts its growth roughly in line with Hailo and Foursquare, which also took a year to hit the half million mark. Its also worth noting that these downloads are limited to London and New York, the only cities where YPlans listings are currently available. 
Of late, YPlan has been concentrating on expanding its reach both geographically – New York was added this September – and technologically – an Android version of the app launched last month.
