2ergo Handed US Operator Brief

2ergo, which provides convergent mobile communication solutions, has announced a significant contract win with one of the USs largest mobile network operators for the provision of mobile marketing and mobile CRM services.
Under the terms of the agreement, 2ergo will supply the operator with a total solution encompassing technology, messaging and value added services, to enable the client to further improve the way it plans and executes its campaigns to deliver maximum results from highly- targeted promotions. 
2ergo says its solution is expected to increase marketing results and create more time for staff to launch campaign activity, while managing communications effectively across different time zones and staggering the rate of subsequent inbound responses. The mobile operator is also expected to benefit from increased customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of customer service announcements.
