There are now more than 50 senior executives from the Travel & Tourism sector due to attend our Travel & Tourism Masterclass, to be held in London on Tuesday, 14 June.
The event, the latest in our Mobile Masterclass series, staged in partnership with Camerjam, will offer executives from the travel & tourism industry the opportunity to learn about mobile, connect with leading experts, and develop mobile strategies, all during the course of the morning event.
Companies signed up to attend include Teletext Travel, Expedia, Lastminute.com, TripAdvisor, STA GTravel, Eurostar, The EDF Energy London Eye, Gatwick Airport, Choice Hotels Europe, British Airways, St. Paul’s Cathedral, BAA Airports, and Rough Guides.
The event will feature a keynote speech from Nathan Clapton, VP Mobile at TripAdvisor. Delegates will also hear presentations from six mobile experts, including Velti, Vodafone, Somo, YOC and Incentivated, covering all aspects of mobile in the travel & tourism sector, from advertising to apps, from loyalty to location-based services.
These will be followed by a series of speed roundtables where travel & tourism industry executives can discuss their challenges and requirements directly with the mobile experts. The event will equip attendees with a clear understanding of how to implement a mobile strategy. It is free to attend for people working in the travel & tourism business.
There are three more Masterclass events planned for 2011:
- Automotive – September
- Sports & Leisure – October
- Property – November
