Acision has appointed Jorgen Nilsson as its chief operating officer. With more than 30 years’ experience working in senior sales positions at companies including Ericsson and Compaq, Nilsson has assumed responsibility for Acision’s worldwide sales and operations organisation, and will be instrumental in driving growth in the mobile data market for the business.
Nilsson’s most recent position was executive vice president and general manager of Vodafone’s Global Customer Unit. Previously, he spent over 10 years at Compaq, where he held various executive sales, marketing and operational roles. Nilsson also held several managerial roles at Swedish telco, Telia.
