Adaptly, an Ads API Marketing Developer Partner for Pinterest, has extended its offering to the UK. The company is now offering the Pinterest Promoted Pins advertising solution to brands and agencies in the UK, following a US rollout last year.
Adaptly has integrated with the Pinterest Ads API to offer its clients the ability to plan, deploy, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns across Pinterest. The company also offers media buying across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Kik.
The new Adaptly offering builds on the unique nature of Pinterest. More than 75 per cent of the content people Pin comes from businesses, so Promoted Pins are interwoven into the organic service without interrupting the user. The platform offers both branding and direct response opportunities for brands.
“Pinterests user base in the UK has more than doubled over the past year, and were pleased to help brands boost their presence on this entirely unique discovery platform,” said Tim Page, VP, revenue at Adaptly. “Since November 2014, Adaptly has gained deep insights from hundreds of campaigns run for our US clients, something our UK clients will immediately benefit from. Were already incorporating Promoted Pins into our paid social media strategies.”
Blue 449 has worked closely with Adaptly in the lead-up to the UK launch of Pinterest, educating brands on campaign best practices. Center Parcs is one of Blue 449’s client looking to advertise on the platform.
“With Adaptlys and Blue 449’s expertise, we are looking to utilise Pinterest to further reach our core audience in another content-rich environment as they use Pinterest to plan activities they want to do in the future, and ultimately drive new interest and bookings for short breaks at our forest locations,” said Chris Dowse, Center Parcs’ senior media planner.
