Google has made its AdMob mobile ad platform compatible with Windows Phone 8, with the launch of a beta version of the AdMob SDK.
Developers of WP8 apps will now be able to create and embed AdMob banners and interstitial ads, and track the results. 
The beta release is fairly limited, with no support for Windows RT, and some features of the iOS and Android versions missing, including search ads, DoubleClick and MRAID support, ad network mediation.
