Adsmobi Is No More

RTB exchange and supply-side platform Smaato is integrating its demand-side sister company Adsmobi into its programmatic buying team and closing the brand.

The demand and supply side teams will now be working together to drive mobile RTB revenue on a global scale.

“Adsmobi is now fully integrated into the mobile RTB ad exchange Smaato as we see a shift to programmatic buying in the mobile advertising industry and more brand advertisers moving their marketing budgets into RTB every day,” said Ramy Yared, founder and MD of Adsmobi. “The experienced new Smaato Media Demand Team will help to further strengthen partnerships with DSPs connected to the RTB platform.”

Adsmobi was founded in February 2010 and says its saw increased revenue every year since its creation.
