Apple has rolled out iOS 7.1, the latest version of its platform for iPhone and iPad.
The headline feature is CarPlay, first revealed last week, which enables iPhone users to make calls, navigate, listen to music and access messages in selected cars, using touch or Siri voice control.
Siri has also received an update, introducing the ability to manually control how long the device listens for commands by holding and releasing the Home button. 
iOS 7.1 also features a tweaked UI, introduces a month view to the Calendar app, and automatically enables HDR photography on the iPhone 5S.
