Aruntech SUMO Brings Detailed Network Analytics

Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems company Arantech has announced the availability of touchpoint SUMO, its new solution. SUMO stands for Service Usage Monitor Overview, and allows communication service providers to assess the consumption and quality of the data pipe. 

SUMO gives service providers an insight into the customer experience in terms of the quality and consumption of data services, broken down by service, subscriber, and device, says the company.

The company is currently exhibiting at TM Forum World 2011, which is taking place in Dublin until May 26.
