AT&T launches 5G Innovation Program

AT&T has launched the AT&T 5G Innovation Program, which will use 5G technology to power new customer experiences related to education, entertainment, gaming, history, navigation, retail, sports and more. AT&T has made the program available to app developers, content creators, device makers and network vendors.

Confirmed participants such as Cisco, Ericsson, Infosys, Intel, Magic Leap, Microsoft, Nokia, Samsung, and WarnerMedia will be able to develop and test new ideas using their own devices, while connected to AT&T’s live mobile 5G network. Participants will also be able to give the public a taste of 5G+ network capabilities during high-traffic events in places such as AT&T Stadium, malls, amusement parks and museums.
