NXP Semiconductors has launched an Android version of its mobile app that offers quick and easy access to NXP’s complete semiconductor product portfolio. The iPhone version of the app took the award for Most Effective b2b app in the 2010 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards.
The app enables design engineers to search for 10,000 NXP semiconductor products (both high performance mixed signal and standard products); access detailed product specifications, including datasheets and app notes; share product information via social media; and order and buy the products they need.
The app is free to download, and will run on all Android smartphones and tablets running Android 1.6 and higher.
