Bauer Media acquires Clear Channel Europe-North

Bauer Media Group has officially acquired Clear Channel Europe-North, a major player in Out of Home (OOH) advertising, after securing all necessary approvals.

With this move, Bauer expands its media business and digital capabilities. Under the new brand ‘Bauer Media Outdoor,’ OOH advertising joins Bauer’s Audio and Publishing divisions, creating a strong strategic fit.

This acquisition enhances Bauer Media’s reach, benefiting advertisers with access to 200 magazine brands, 150 Audio brands, and 110,000 OOH sites.
