Bee7 and SuperAwesome have partnered to create what they claim is the worlds biggest COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) compliant advertising network for kid-friendly mobile games.
The partnership combines Bee7’s loyalty-based discovery platform for Android gaming apps with its partners AwesomeAds platform, which filters ads to make sure theyre child-safe, and currently reaches over 200m children each month.
The resulting network will deliver age-appropriate mobile game ad campaigns on a CPI (Cost Per Install) basis, and can be intregrated into youth-focused games using SuperAwesome’s SDK.
The pair cite NPD research showing that under-12s play more mobile games than any other demographic – so the growing mobile games space is a logical area of development for SuperAwesome.
“This is a huge step forward for the kids mobile industry,” said SuperAwesome CEO Dylan Collins. “Our partnership takes the mobile expertise of Bee7 and combines it with our kid-safe advertising technology to advance the market enormously. For brands, this creates the largest kid-safe, mobile gaming ad channel in the world. For developers of kids content, it offers another great COPPA-compliant, content-appropriate revenue stream on top of our premium campaigns.”
